A 12-week accelerator helping community-rooted developers structure fundable projects and confidently pitch capital partners.
Small cohort for focused, high-impact mentorship
Structured program from concept to capital-ready

Integrated approach to project structuring
Many developers have vision. They have site control. They have passion. But they lack capital sequencing, underwriting fluency, and strategic positioning.
Capital doesn't move because projects are good. It moves because risk is mitigated and alignment is clear.
Capital Stack Lab is a 12-week cohort designed to help small-and mid-scale developers build fundable projects from the ground up.
Structured capital stack
Fundability roadmap
Capital memo
Target funder list
Live pitch-to real funders-with a real project
Developers with site control
Projects between $10M–$50M
Mixed-use, housing, or community-serving assets
Builders ready to scale
Operators tired of random capital outreach
Limit: 10 developers per cohort.
The Deal Table is the culmination of Capital Stack Lab. Participants present their real project-capital stack, project memo, and investment narrative to a live panel of capital providers.
Community Development Financial Institutions
CRA Officers and Community Lending Teams
Mission-aligned capital deployers
Foundations and program-related investors
This is not theoretical. This is institutional exposure.
Review structured deals before they hit the market
Build a pipeline of capital-ready community projects
Support projects that meet Community Reinvestment Act objectives
Gain visibility into emerging community development trends
Demonstrate measurable commitment to underserved markets
There are so many once thriving communities, that are now undercapitalized, full of opportunity, and ready for disciplined capital deployment. Community development ecosystems are growing—but too many projects stall at the capital table. Capital Stack Lab exists to change that equation, starting here.
